mindfulness&tea Herbal Infusion Lemonade à la Intuition
Ingredients
- 6 heaping teaspoons intuition mindfulness&tea® (item no. 43715)
- 400 ml hot water
- Ice cubes (enough to fill 4 glasses)
- 4 tsp. agave syrup
- 400 ml sparkling mineral water
- 1 lime
- Fresh mint
A homemade herbal infusion sparkling lemonade is a refreshing and popular thirst quencher. Balm and apple mint give this drink an intensely herbal and slightly menthol-like flavour, while the fresh lime adds the ‘sour makes you happy’ effect.
Preparation
Brew the tea with boiling water, let it steep for 8 minutes and then pour it over the ice cubes. Next, squeeze the juice of the lime and stir it into the tea. Cut the squeezed lime into slices and add them to the mixture. Pour in the mineral water, sweeten with agave syrup to taste and garnish with fresh mint – and your homemade, refreshing herbal infusion lemonade is ready to enjoy!
