Icetea with Darjeeling Tea and Ginger

Enjoy Darjeeling in a different way! This refreshing variation of iced tea makes Darjeeling a whole new taste experience. Simply prepared and still something special.

Preparation

Peel and cut the ginger into thin slices and pour the tea into a tea strainer. Put both together with the sugar in the boiling water and take out the tea after about 4 minutes, otherwise the iced tea will be bitter. The ginger should stay in the water for about 10 minutes. Now let it cool down and chill. Refine the iced tea to your taste with mint, orange, lime or lemon.
