Iced Tea Recipe: Strawberry Hugo Punch

Very refreshing

Whether as an alcoholic beverage with sparkling wine or made with mineral water instead, this iced tea is a great aperitif at any garden party.

Preparation

Infuse the Strawberry-Rhubarb Punch fruit melange in 400 ml boiling water and steep as recommended. Let cool.
Put fresh strawberries and elderflower syrup in a punchbowl, pour in the tea and ice-cold mineral water or sparkling wine.
