Homemade Matcha Granola
Delicious, healthy, wonderful to give away
Ingredients
- Granola production
- 400 g oat flakes
- 100 g coconut flakes
- 2 tbsp brown raw cane sugar
- 150 g almonds, sliced
- 2 tsp vanilla paste or vanilla mark from 1 vanilla pod (Item #50007)
- 1 pinch cardamom, ground
- 150 g agave syrup
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 4 tsp matcha (Item #00644)
- To serve with:
- fresh blueberries
- milk or yoghurt of your choice
Crispy and homemade - start the day with the Homemade Matcha Granola.
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 140°C.
Mix oat flakes, coconut flakes, raw cane sugar, almonds and cardamom in a bowl. Mix agave syrup, vanilla paste, and coconut oil (heated). Pour it over the dry mixture and stir thoroughly.
Bake the mixture for 40 minutes. Stir in between to ensure that it dries evenly. After cooling down stir in the matcha.
The mixture can be stored in an airtight container for several weeks.
Serve the granola with yoghurt or milk of your choice and add a handful of fresh blueberries.
