A centuries-old recipe - in Scotland and Ireland, "Hot Toddy" is a tried and tested remedy for colds, especially among whisky lovers. But it also tastes good as a winter tea cocktail.
Preparation
Add the cloves to the glass. Add whisky, lemon juice and honey. Top up with 200 ml of brewed Oolong Hills. Stir with a spoon until the honey has completely dissolved. Add the cinnamon stick and slice of lemon to the glass. Tip: If the drink does not taste sweet enough, add a little more honey. If it lacks a little acidity, simply add a dash of lemon juice.
