Ginger Punch

Ingredients
- 1 l water
- 1 piece fresh ginger (about 3 cm)
- 2 cloves
- 3 cm cinnamon stick
- 6 tsp Oolong tea
- Rock sugar
This tea punch warms you right up and is a delightful tea creation to enjoy on cold days.
Preparation
Peel and finely chop the ginger. Boil the ginger together with the other spices in water for 5 minutes. Strain the mixture, reserve the infused liquid and pour over the tea leaves.
Let steep for 3 minutes, strain again.
