London Fog

Quick and delicious

Simply prepared and incredibly delicious - the London Fog! With just a few ingredients you can create a completely new taste experience.


Prepare the tea first. Use a water or tea kettle to heat the water to 100°C. Infuse the Earl Grey and lavender and let it steep for 8 minutes. Whisk the hot milk with a milk frother. Strain the lavender blossoms from the tea, stir in honey and vanilla extract. Pour tea into two cups and add the milk froth. Garnish with lavender.

Also highly recommended as iced version. Pour the brewed tea over ice cubes, add honey and vanilla extract and fill up with cold milk.
