
Pumpkin Chai Latte

Ingredients
- 50ml water
- 125g sugar
- 1 piece of Hokkaido pumpkin (for 2 tablespoons of fine pumpkin puree)
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 3 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp. clove powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 150 ml milk
- 100 ml fruit tea Herbstleuchten (double infused) (40257)
Herbstleuchten is the name of our colorful fruit tea blend, with which you can conjure up a wonderfully fruity and spicy pumpkin spice latte. It's worth the effort, try it out.
Preparation
Heat the water with the sugar and vanilla sugar in a pan. Allow the sugar syrup to boil until it thickens, then remove from the heat. Puree the pumpkin and add the puree to the warm sugar syrup. Mix the cinnamon, clove powder and ginger powder together, then add the spices to the syrup and mix everything together. Froth the milk and pour into a latte macchiato glass. Prepare 100 ml of Herbstleuchten fruit tea and stir in a teaspoon of syrup. Then pour the tea very slowly into the milk. Decorate the top of the milk foam with two teaspoons of syrup to taste and serve the pumpkin spice latte. Store the remaining syrup in the fridge.
