Deliveries to non-EU countries are available upon request.

Any applicable shipping costs are shown in the order confirmation.

One package corresponds to approx. 28 kg net weight (maximum). Depending on the quantity ordered and the combination of items, your delivery may be split into several parcels or pallets. The exact shipping method will be specified in your order confirmation.

As a rule, shipping within Germany takes place within 2-5 working days after order confirmation.
For individual mixtures or special productions, the delivery time may be extended accordingly.
Deliveries abroad are made by arrangement; the delivery time depends on the destination country and the shipping method.

Our invoices are payable net within 14 days. First orders are delivered against prepayment.

Please check your delivery for completeness and integrity immediately upon receipt.
If goods are damaged or faulty, please inform us within 48 hours of receipt of the goods, quoting the invoice or delivery note number.

For a quick processing we need

• A brief description of the defect,

• informative photos (product, packaging, label, carton if applicable),

• the article number and quantity concerned.

After checking, we will inform you immediately about the next steps (replacement delivery or credit note).

Catalogue assortment

• Delivery in tubular bags of 1-2 kg (depending on the type of tea)

Bulk goods (large containers)

• Packaging units from approx. 20 kg to 43 kg (depending on origin)

• Order via our Tea Trading department

We do not sell tea bags through our shop. We supply our teas as loose tea in tubular bags as standard for specialist tea retailers. Seasonal packs, for example for Christmas, are sometimes available in 80–100g block-bottom bags with labels. Tea bags or pyramid bags can be produced individually as private label products. 

Shelf life & storage of our teas

• Flavoured teas: shelf life of at least 18 months

• Unflavoured teas, herbs, spices and fruits: shelf life of at least 24 months

This is subject to storage in closed containers in a dry, clean place protected from light.
The best-before date is calculated from the date of delivery.

For our packaged teas, you will find thebest-before date on the closure label, and for matcha tins, on the bottom label.

We exclusively supply commercial customers from the tea, delicatessen, gastronomy and retail sectors.
If you would like to become a new customer, please complete our registration form in the webshop and upload your trade license.
After your details have been checked, your retailer account will be activated within a few working days and you will receive your access data by e-mail.

After successful registration, we will send your access data to the e-mail address we have on file for you.
Please use exactly this e-mail address as your user name for the login.
If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam folder. If you cannot find the message there, please contact our customer service.

Click on "Forgot your password?" in the login area of the webshop.
You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

Wollenhaupt tea is sold via specialised tea retailers and online shops who also put together gift sets and customised packaging. Ask for a specific Wollenhaupt variety in specialised shops or search online for the tea name.

No. We only supply commercial customers (B2B), e.g. specialised tea shops, retailers, catering businesses and processors.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to sell to private individuals.
