Our prices are only visible to commercial customers. After successfully registering and activating your dealer account, you can log in to the webshop and view all prices.
All prices are quoted net, with VAT included if applicable within the EU, and shipping costs added where applicable.

Germany / Austria
inimum order value: €100 net.
Orders under €100 are subject to a processing fee of €15 net plus €9 shipping costs.
Free shipping for orders over €200 net.
Shipping costs are shown in the order confirmation.

European Union countries
Minimum order value: €500
Shipping costs: €20 flat rate
Free shipping for orders over €1,000

Third Countries
Deliveries to third countries are available on request.

Deliveries by freight forwarder are also possible; shipping costs will be provided on request based on an individual freight calculation.

One package corresponds to approx. 28 kg net weight (maximum). Depending on the quantity ordered and the combination of items, your delivery may be split into several parcels or pallets. The exact shipping method will be specified in your order confirmation.

As a rule, shipping within Germany takes place within 2-5 working days after order confirmation.
For individual mixtures or special productions, the delivery time may be extended accordingly.
Deliveries abroad are made by arrangement; the delivery time depends on the destination country and the shipping method.

Our invoices are payable net within 14 days. First orders are delivered against prepayment.

Please check your delivery for completeness and integrity immediately upon receipt.
If goods are damaged or faulty, please inform us within 48 hours of receipt of the goods, quoting the invoice or delivery note number.

For a quick processing we need

• A brief description of the defect,

• informative photos (product, packaging, label, carton if applicable),

• the article number and quantity concerned.

After checking, we will inform you immediately about the next steps (replacement delivery or credit note).

Please have your customer number or invoice number ready so that we can process your request quickly.

We exclusively supply commercial customers from the tea, delicatessen, gastronomy and retail sectors.
If you would like to become a new customer, please complete our registration form in the webshop and upload your trade license.
After your details have been checked, your retailer account will be activated within a few working days and you will receive your access data by e-mail.

After logging in to your dealer area, you can add products directly to the shopping cart and place an order.
The order process guides you step by step through the selection, shipping and order overview.
After completion, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by e-mail - the final order confirmation will be sent separately by our sales department.

After successful registration, we will send your access data to the e-mail address we have on file for you.
Please use exactly this e-mail address as your user name for the login.
If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam folder. If you cannot find the message there, please contact our customer service.

Click on "Forgot your password?" in the login area of the webshop.
You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

We develop custom tea blends, packaging and private label concepts – tailored precisely to your market and target group. We offer a range of bags, tins and bulk packaging, which can be labelled with your logo and design on request. The result is a private label product that perfectly matches your brand.

We can produce your customised blend in quantities of 100 kg or more per recipe and, if desired, package it in flexible tea bags or folding boxes with pyramid bags. Alternatively, you can receive the blend in economical wholesale bulk packing for your own further processing.
