Simply request your personal print catalogue using our contact form.
Discover our current catalogue with classic teas and a selection from our range of 450 aromatic tea blends - available in 1-2 kg tubular bags for specialist tea retailers.

Do I need a customer account to see prices?
What is the minimum order value?
Germany / Austria
inimum order value: €100 net.
Orders under €100 are subject to a processing fee of €15 net plus €9 shipping costs.
Free shipping for orders over €200 net.
Shipping costs are shown in the order confirmation.
European Union countries
Minimum order value: €500
Shipping costs: €20 flat rate
Free shipping for orders over €1,000
The shipping costs are listed in the order confirmation.
Third Countries
Deliveries to third countries are available on request.
Deliveries by freight forwarder are also possible; shipping costs will be provided on request based on an individual freight calculation.
How will my order be shipped?
How long does the delivery take?
As a rule, shipping within Germany takes place within 2-5 working days after order confirmation.
For individual mixtures or special productions, the delivery time may be extended accordingly.
Deliveries abroad are made by arrangement; the delivery time depends on the destination country and the shipping method.
What payment terms apply?
How do I proceed with complaints?
Please check your delivery for completeness and integrity immediately upon receipt.
If goods are damaged or faulty, please inform us within 48 hours of receipt of the goods, quoting the invoice or delivery note number.
For a quick processing we need
A brief description of the defect,
informative photos (product, packaging, label, carton if applicable),
the article number and quantity concerned.
After checking, we will inform you immediately about the next steps (replacement delivery or credit note).

Our customer service team will be happy to answer any questions you may have about orders, deliveries or complaints.

Online ordering & reseller access
Simply order online with customer access and benefit from all the advantages of the Wollenhaupt range.
How can I become a Wollenhaupt Tee customer?
We exclusively supply commercial customers from the tea, delicatessen, gastronomy and retail sectors.
If you would like to become a new customer, please complete our registration form in the webshop and upload your trade license.
After your details have been checked, your retailer account will be activated within a few working days and you will receive your access data by e-mail.
How does online ordering in the webshop work?
After logging in to your dealer area, you can add products directly to the shopping cart and place an order.
The order process guides you step by step through the selection, shipping and order overview.
After completion, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by e-mail - the final order confirmation will be sent separately by our sales department.
How do I get my access data?
After successful registration, we will send your access data to the e-mail address we have on file for you.
Please use exactly this e-mail address as your user name for the login.
If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam folder. If you cannot find the message there, please contact our customer service.
How can I reset my password?
How can I change my customer data?
Our customer service will make changes to your company address, contact person or billing data for you.
Please send an e-mail to welcome@wollenhaupt.com with your customer number and the desired changes.
How can I get the most out of the webshop?
You can create your watch lists and use the search function to search for specific article numbers or product names.
