You are familiar with our motto, ‘Trust in Enjoyment’. Over the past 140 years, we have learnt and experienced a great deal, whilst preserving many traditions through numerous changes. For us, respect for nature and its resources is just as important as respect for the people who work in the tea gardens and plantations. Respect for the people who distribute, purchase and enjoy our products – and for the needs of all those who are directly or indirectly connected to our produce.
How can you recognise this respect? First and foremost, through our reliability. For without consistent and dependable work and conduct, trust is not possible. This ethos has characterised our family business for four generations.
We understand sustainability as a commitment to continually assess and further develop the environmental, social and economic aspects of our actions.
What does this mean in practical terms for you – our customers, partners and employees? For us, it means, first and foremost, that we take responsibility for our actions – every single day.

When selecting our products and raw materials, we take into account quality, product safety and environmental and social requirements throughout the supply chain. In addition, we offer products with recognised certifications and standards such as organic, Fairtrade and Rainforest Alliance.
