Favourite colour: GREEN in the Hunter's Iced Tea

Green tastes this refreshing!

Ingredients

  • 1 organic lime
  • 2 cl woodruff syrup
  • 4 cl pineapple juice
  • 4 cl Pear juice
  • 8 cl cooled green tea Favourite colour: GREEN
  • Crushed ice
  • For mixing and serving: 1 highball glass (25 cl), pestle, lime and mint for garnish

On a warm summer day, this iced tea is the perfect refreshment. The taste of woodruff harmonises perfectly with the fruity component of pineapple and pear juice.

Preparation

  1. Wash the lime in hot water, rub it dry and quarter it. Put two quarters into the glass with the woodruff syrup and crush well with the pestle.
  2. Fill the glass to just below the rim with crushed ice.
  3. Pour the pineapple juice, pear juice and tea over the top. Garnish with the remaining lime and the mint.
