Favourite colour: ORANGE in Caribbean Punch
Holiday feeling in a cocktail - but alcohol-free!
Ingredients
- 8 cl cooled rooibos Favourite colour: ORANGE (infused with double dosage of tea)
- 6 cl peach nectar
- 6 cl pineapple juice
- Ice cubes
- For mixing and serving: 1 large tumbler (short drinking glass with thick base), shaker, fruit and mint for garnish
A white beach, palm trees, a sunset by the sea. Tastes can bring back memories and the Caribbean punch definitely brings back that holiday feeling!
Preparation
- Put all the ingredients in the shaker with ice cubes.
- Shake the shaker vigorously.
- Pour into the glass over a few ice cubes. Garnish with fruit and mint.
