Japan Shincha Gyokuro Homare Organic Tea*
Shincha refers to the first picking in Japan and Gyokuro refers to a tea shaded for more than 18 days before picking. The tea is full-bodied with umami character as well as sweetness and convincing colour of the fine needle-like leaves.
For the preparation, we recommend multiple infusions of the tea in a kyusu. After the first infusion, the temperature is increased and the brewing time is shortened.
